Refined carbs is something like white rice, white bread, honey, milk, sugar..., this things will ready get stored in your body as fat if you don't use the energy right away, so what you wanna do is to replace the refined carbs with a complex carbs, for example if you're eating beef and rice dinner replace it with beef and broccoli, because broccoli gives you a lot of fiber into your diet wich helps you stay full and eat less.

3. DON'T EAT FRUIT AFTER 2PM

I suggest to eat your fruit in the beginning part of the day 2pm if you cut off the time so you have a lot more time to burn off the sugar and use up that energy .

2. NO BEER
